Recently a lot of people I know have suffered from feeling like they’re not awesome, that it is something they can’t experience in their everyday life and failing to realise their full potential awesome. Well I’m here to tell you that you too can have awesome as part of your lifestyle, that you can be as awesome as you want to be, simply by following my patented three step approach.
1 - Accept awesome into your life.
Start your day by getting and go “I am awesome!” before doing anything else, because frankly you are. During the day keep your eyes open for any awesome things you may have done, whatever they may be, and repeat the simple “That was awesome!” mantra. Beginners should aim for one or two recognitions of the awesome stuff that they have done, slowly expanding it to four or even five realisations of the awesome stuff they are doing right under their own noses. If you are unsure of what is and isn’t awesome start with anything you happen to have done and slowly build up your criteria, being sure that a steady and comfortable pace is kept.
2 - Bring awesome into your life.
At all times be on the look out for awesome things to do, whatever they may be, and when you have the opportunity to do it then go for the awesome! Many things are awesome, so focus on the things you have been meaning to do but never got around to doing till now and then move onto the things you never thought of before. Again, if you are unsure as to what is awesome then start with whatever you can do and just be sure to do it as there is no time limit on when you have to do awesome things, just that you should do it. Just spot a thing, do it, and go “That’s was awesome!” You’ll soon find there are plenty of awesome things you can do, and the worry about the awesome things you can’t do will soon fade away.
3 - Share the awesome in your life.
You can share your awesome by doing awesome things for others, and give a hearty “That was awesome!” once its done. If you do something awesome then tell other people about it with a simple “I did this thing and it was awesome!” said in a positive and awesome way. Don’t worry about bragging, as you’re awesome enough to know there is no competition on awesomeness or limit on how much awesome can be done. You can even share other peoples awesome by going “They did this thing and it was awesome”, as it’s awesome to acknowledge the awesome in others. Take the time to share the awesome so others can know that awesome is attainable for them and so that you can find out about new awesome things you might like to try.
